In 1990, Martin Purefoods launched the first original cooked and smoked pork hamonado longanisa. Since then, our sausage products have expanded into a wide variety that includes the traditional Philippine-style longanisa, its skinless version, and a whole selection of smoked sausages.

These varieties come in an array of meats (beef, chicken and pork) and flavors to suit different palates- from sweet to spicy, tangy or garlicky, sour or salty.
